What we collect

We collect what's needed to run the site: your email address if you subscribe to the newsletter; basic anonymous traffic data via server logs; and aggregated impression/click counts on ad placements (no individual tracking). If you sign in to comment or like a story, we store your account record from our auth provider (Clerk).

Cookies

We use a small session cookie when you sign in. We don't run third-party advertising cookies.

The newsletter is delivered by Beehiiv. Subscribing means agreeing to Beehiiv's standard handling of your email — we honour double opt-in and you can unsubscribe at any time from any email.

Affiliate links

Some tool listings contain affiliate links. We mark these clearly. If you click an affiliate link and sign up for a product, we may receive a small commission. This never changes what we list or how we describe it.

Your rights (UK / EU GDPR)

You can ask us to delete your account, subscriber record, or comments at any time by emailing the address in the footer. We'll act on the request within 30 days.
